A
Greenville, SC native, Randolph's early interest began in
grammar school and with private lessons during high school.
She continued in her studies at Converse College and the
University of South Carolina and by attending numerous
regional workshops and studies at the Greenville Museum of
Art. Wide community commitment is an important part of her life. She is a Presbyterian Church Deacon, founder and 1st
President of the Friends of the Zoo, Past President of the
Junior League of Greenville, SC, founder and coordinator of
the Survivors of Suicide, (support group for those who have
lost loved ones to suicide), member of the Upstate Visual
Arts, Signature Member of the National Watercolor Society and
the Georgia Watercolor Society. She was awarded the Mary S.
Litt Memorial Medal and award at the AWS exhibition in 2002
and was selected for the 2003 AWS exhibition. In, 2005 she was
elected a Signature Membership of AWS. In 2006, she was
awarded the Mary and Maxwell Desser Memorian Award at the AWS
annual international exhibition and received Best In Show
award at the (2006) South Carolina Watercolor Society 29th
exhibition in Columbia, SC and exhibited in the San Diego
Watercolor Society International Exhibition (2006).
