Nikki received her BFA in jewelry and metals from Lamar Dodd School of Art in Athens, GA. She has participated in numerous exhibits throughout Georgia and received several scholarships during her undergraduate career. "My work is a continuous investigation of hands and their ability to subtly convey emotions through gestures.  The gestures of bad habits such as smoking, nail biting, and not listening are elevated through their material, settings, process.  The painterly handling of the enamel, and rendering with the Cloisonné wire capture these moments that are inspired by Art Nouveau and Faberge Jewelry."
