Memento Mori: 

USC Student Photography Exhibition

April 13 - April 23, 2007

 

As part of the Advanced Photography II course at USC, students are required to produce a series of images for group exhibition.  This experience allows budding talents an opportunity to showcase their work, while providing experience in planning and curating an exhibition.

In addition to the completion of new work, students are responsible for booking a venue, curatorial decisions, and working to become involved in the local arts community.

The culmination of our efforts, Memento Mori, can be seen at City Art in the Vista from April 13 -23.  Opening reception was held on April 18.

The artists included in the Exhibition are Mark Povelaitis, Alexis Geiter,  Lauren Parsons, Neil McCraw, Ryan Young, AJ Moser, Laura Smith, Katie Tyler, Eric Plaag, Stacey Raines, Karen Williford, Brana Wallace, and Jennifer Knight.
