COLUMBIA,
S.C.---- City Art Gallery is seeking artists for its new developing wing
called the Carolina Crafts Gallery located within City Art Gallery. The
Carolina Crafts Gallery will be designed to attract national and
international visitors. City Art, within walking distance (1.5 blocks)
from the new Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, is a place for
Columbia’s guests to view artwork and shop for a handcrafted memory of
their visit to our state. Visitors will be able to take a small piece of
our city, state, and region home with them. We will market this gallery
through the Columbia Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Interested
artists must submit images of work, artist’s bio, and pricing structure
via email to ww@cityartonline.com,
or send a non-returnable CD with images and information via postal mail.
City
Art Gallery is located at 1224 Lincoln St. in the Historic Congaree Vista
area in Columbia, South Carolina. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.
until 6 p.m, and Saturdays 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information contact
